Hilary Ware

Hilary Ware is a senior global executive in human resources, information technology, government affairs, shared services, corporate social responsibility and corporate communications (internal and external) with extensive global executive level experience in the energy industry.  A focused senior leader with a strong track record, she has specific experience in large scale business change and transformation.  

Hilary also has strong board-level experience including the Compensation Committee, and has served as coach and business advisor to senior leadership teams and boards.  In addition she has served on several non profit Boards. Hilary is effective in building strong relationships at all levels globally and is a strong communicator, advocate and initiator of change.

In addition to her role as a business leader, Hilary has led the development of corporate global community outreach, corporate social responsibility and community giving programs in addition to her own extensive personal community involvement.

Hilary has a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from the University of California and further graduate work in Finance at the University of San Francisco. She is involved extensively in the Houston community with WEN, Genesys Works, the advisory board of the Women’s Home, Alexis de Toqueville Women’s Initiative, Ambassador to Texas Children’s Hospital. Ladies in Literacy Guild – Barbara Bush Literacy, Board of Directors, Susan G. Komen and Methodist Hospital transplant program.
