Denise Mannix, a dual national and globally experienced strategic executive-level HRM/OD & Talent professional, recognized as a thought leader in these disciplines focusing on talent – acquisition, capability, performance and culture. With demonstrable success in leadership roles across various sectors, most recently Oil & Gas incorporating Supply Chain and Manufacturing, but including Financial Services, Aviation Services, Pharma, Research and NFP Sectors. Successful experience in strategy development (including as strategic business partner, advisor & coach) through strategy execution (as implementer and practitioner) of large scale, pragmatic and innovative business initiatives and HR, OD and L&D programs. Hands-on leader of small to large teams in both existing and green-field roles including end-to-end HRM leadership, and working influentially with, reporting to and for, both C-Suite and operational leaders.
